WAHM eStores is a division of WAHM Design Services (http://wahmdesignservices.com) and is offered to the work at home mom with the following Terms of Use.

You, the owner, Acknowledge and Accept the Following:

1. When registering a Sub-Domain (yourname.wahmestores.com) you acknowledge that the site will be used for selling of legal items only. No items that are considered illegal to sell online or offline are allowed. Family Friendly eStores Only please.

2. All sites registered with a Sub-Domain (yourname.wahmestores.com) are checked periodically and can be disabled, deleted or removed if any illegal activity is seen.

3. You must register with a VALID email address. If an account is created with an invalid email address, the account will be automatically deleted.

4. We reserve the right to delete any account registered through WAHM Design Services under the sub-domain WAHMestores.com for any reason at any time we see necessary. We will do our very best to email you prior to account suspension. (refer to #1, #2, #9 & #10 of this agreement)

5. All payments for WAHM eStores Sub-Domains are made through WAHM Design Services hosting company via PayPal and are due upon receipt of invoice(s). All information, invoices, paid invoices, etc for your WAHM eStore will be available to you in the Client Area of WAHM Design Services. Upon registration you will set your own account with a secure password and only you, the owner, will have access to that account 24/7.

6. Non payment of your hosting account will result in a late fee of $1.00 and if the account is not paid by designated time we reserve the right to suspend your account until full payment is made.

7. All copyright information at the bottom of your WAHM eStore Sub-Domain main site & admin area will remain AS IS at all times. Removal of copyright information will result in an automatic suspension of your account.

8. You may hire an outside designer to custom design your WAHM eStore, however, please remember WAHM Design Services has EXPERIENCED designers of the cart included with WAHM eStores and it is highly recommended you hire us to do your custom design. If you hire an outside designer WAHM eStores, WAHM Design Services and all affiliated persons with WAHM Design Services are not responsible for any errors that may occur due to in proper coding, design or set up and a fee of $30 will be applied to have your cart re-installed from scratch.

9. You may place ads on your WAHM eStore but please remember #1 & #2 before posting such ads. Ads linking to sites that offer illegal items or activity will result in automatic suspension.

10. You are responsible for your own site's content. WAHM eStores, WAHM Design Services & all affiliated persons of WAHM Design Services will not be held responsible for any content, photos, links, or advertisements you, the owner, place on your site.
